Before You Book
Booking
- •Message me on Discord before booking a session to confirm the availability of your desired time.
- •Payment for the session must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- •Rescheduling or cancellations are possible only if notified at least 24 hours beforehand, except in emergencies. Time gets reserved, and refunds won't be granted otherwise.
Let's respect each other's time.
Before the Session
Be On Time
- •Be ready a few minutes before the scheduled time, with your computer and Discord fully booted up.
- •Do not start a game if it risks overlapping with our scheduled session. Time lost on your side will not be compensated.
- •Refunds or rescheduling will not be granted for no-shows without prior notice (24 hours minimum, except emergencies).
Be Prepared
- •Review the points or topics you'd like to discuss — bring 2–3 concrete questions to make the session focused.
- •Install Ascent or Insights Capture to record VODs from your POV. These give a much better review experience than the in-game replay client.
- •Be aware of LoL patch updates — replays from the in-game client expire when a new patch goes live. Check the Patch Schedule regularly.
What to Bring to Your First Session
- •2–3 recent VODs uploaded to Drive or YouTube (link ready to share)
- •Your Riot ID + region (e.g. xBlademojo#EUW)
- •Current rank + target rank (where you are vs. where you want to be)
- •Your champion pool — what you actually play in ranked
- •2–3 specific questions or pain points you want to address
- •A notebook or Notion page (optional) — most students forget 70% of what's said within 24h
During the Session
VOD Review Sessions
- •Upload any VODs in advance to ensure they are fully uploaded and converted before the session starts.
- •Discord has file size limits — upload your replays to Google Drive or YouTube (or another cloud storage service) and send me the link.
- •Watch the VOD upload tutorial if it's your first time.
Live Game Sessions
- •Before your first live session, test your streaming setup with a friend to confirm your system can handle playing and streaming League of Legends at the same time.
- •Stream at a minimum of 720p 30fps while maintaining a stable in-game framerate.
- •Watch the streaming setup tutorial if you're new to Discord streaming.
After the Session
What You Get
You'll receive a written breakdown — your strengths, top 3 weaknesses, champion pool analysis, and prioritized improvements. Sent within 24h via Discord DM.
You also get the full recording of your session — come back to it anytime to refresh what we covered or rewatch a specific moment.
Specific drills assigned via Discord bot — react ✅ when done. I see completion in real time and we adjust at the next session. I'm tracking your progress, staying in touch, and reacting if I notice something's off — you're not just booking a session, you're gaining a coach.
Auto-reminders 24h and 4h before your next session, plus a check-in DM if I notice you're on a losing streak before we meet.
Mindset
Final Notes
There's no need to stress during the live game session — it's meant to help you improve. You'll receive valuable feedback throughout the process. The goal is honest, focused work, not performance pressure.
